Certificate of Insurance Information


Only food vendors needs to provide the Certificate of Insurance. Certificate of Insurance needs following information in Description section of the Certificate.

"The following are additionally insured. The City of Altamonte Springs, Emerson International, Inc., Brookfield Property REIT Inc.; General Growth Services, Inc.; GGPLP REIT Services, LLC and Altamonte Mall LLC and their direct and indirect parents and subsidiaries, any of their affiliated entities, successors and assigns and any current or future director, officer, employee, partner, member or agent of any of them".

Info for Vendor and Advertisers

Following applies to All - Stall Vendors and Banner Advertisers:                       

Event Date : 17th August 2019

Note : If for any reason the event is cancelled (Mother nature disruptions or otherwise), all prices paid for the stalls are non refundable.

Following applies to all Stall Vendors:                  

Price per stall: $201 (Non Food Stall ) / $301 (Food Stall )
Stall size: Stall is 10 ft x10 ft size. No changes can be done to the size.

-Registration Deadline for Stall is Aug 1st 2019
-Stall setup time on Saturday, 17th August @ 1:00 PM
-Get Vendor Pass from GSCFL in order to park your vehicle close to your stall
-GSCFL will NOT provide anything to any Vendor for the stall setup.
-Each Vendor should bring the following : Tent , Table(s), Light, Chair, Extension Cable (You can purchase whole tent setup with chair, table and light for $102

Requirement for Food Stall Vendors:                 

-Certificate of Liability Insurance. It needs following information in Description section of the Certificate. This applies to food stall vendors only.

"The following are additionally insured. The City of Altamonte Springs, Emerson International, Inc., Brookfield Property REIT Inc.; General Growth Services, Inc.; GGPLP REIT Services, LLC and Altamonte Mall LLC and their direct and indirect parents and subsidiaries, any of their affiliated entities, successors and assigns and any current or future director, officer, employee, partner, member or agent of any of them".

-Deadline to submit Certificate of Insurance: 15th July 2019

-Provide Food item names and prices by 15th July, 2019.

-Maximum of 3 Food items allowed per stall.

-Food items cannot be duplicate with other Food

-Stalls ( There could be case by case exception for certain items )

-Food prices have to be fair ( not too high ) moderate and in agreement with GSCFL committee.

-No Food Vendor can sell Water, Soda or Beer.

Following applies to all Banner Advertisers: 

-Price per Banner for advertising: $101
-Banners can be placed on the protective metal grill around close to the stage
-Place of the Banners is on First come first serve basis
